    This building has recently been built to replace the existing village Scout hut. In agreement with Honywood school both sides invested to build something that neither could afford alone. This is to be destroyed in the planned rebuild of the school.

TO ORDER TICKETS

To help us please would you provide the following information by email (or a note with your cheque if posting):

  1. The Name of the person making the payment (so that we can verify payment)
  2. Your Telephone Number in case we need to contact you
  3. Number of tickets you wish to buy at £15 per person
  4. Number of Vegetarian options you require

When we hear from you we will reserve your tickets and as soon as payment is received we will confirm by email (effectively your e-ticket). No tickets will be posted this year. Confirmation letters will be sent to people without email (see below). We will check your names off our list as you arrive.

  2. By cheque Please send a) cheque, b) the information requested above c) your EMAIL ADDRESS or a SELF ADDRESSED ENVELOPE*, to: CPREssex, RCCE House, Threshelfords Park, Inworth Road, Feering, Colchester, Essex CO5 9SE.
    * Note: an SAE is only required if this message is passed on to someone without an email address who wishes to apply by post - we will not be posting tickets this year.

Our office is manned by volunteers on a part time basis; we aim to be as efficient as possible but please be patient if we’re sometimes slow to respond. In particular, please allow 6 to 10 working days for us to process cheques.
